Our Projects

Farmer Field Business Schools(FFBS)

This program equips farmers with the knowledge and skills to transition from subsistence farming to commercial agriculture. Through hands-on training, farmers learn;

>Modern Farming Techniques to increase productivity and improve crop quality.
>Business-Oriented Farming which is centered at shifting focus from farming for home consumption to farming for profit.
>Value Addition that focuses on enhancing the quality and marketability of their produce.

Linkages to Market Actors (Market Systems Development Approach)

We bridge the gap between famers and market actors, ensuring farmers get better prices for their produce. Through our market systems development approach,we;

>Facilitate connections between farmers and reliable buyers.
>Promote partnerships with agro-processors, traders and exporters.
>Train farmers on effective negotiation skills to secure higher prices for their products.

Livelihood Improvement Initiatives

We focus on empowering households with the skills and tools to improve their financial stability and overall well-being. Our livelihood projects include;

>Village Savings and Loan Association(VSLA) where we are training communities to form and manage saving groups for their benefit
>Financial Literacy where we educate communities on budgeting, saving and managing their finances for long term sustainability.
>Selection, Planning and Management(SPM) where we are supporting community members to identity viable economic engagements.
